Company collateral such as presentation folders and brochures play a much different role in today's business than they used to. These forms of communication used to be the sole way in which prospective customers or business partners would find out about your company. These tools should now be used as a way to encourage your prospects to do one of two things: visit your website or call your company.
Brochures and folders should not be packed with information. This makes them bulky and even more unlikely to be read. A good brochure or presentation folder will communicate some very compelling points and have calls to action to drive prospects to your site or the phone to learn more about how they can benefit from these points. It’s all about building an interest and evoking prospects’ natural curiosity.
