Jackie Townsend-Lackey
OWNER

Originally from San Antonio , Texas , Jackie graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005 and 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and a Master of Agribusiness, respectively. She now resides in Aspermont, Texas with her son Weston and husband Jason who is an area manager for ProPetro Services (a Midland based company).

The Master of Agribusiness (MAB), an intercollegiate degree offered by the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (COALS) and the Mays Business School, is a professional program that is uniquely focused on the food and agribusiness sector with an emphasis on combining economic and business analysis, and incorporating quantitative methods as the basis for decision-making. Case-based research and team performance, highlighting cultural and learning style diversity, are the cornerstones of the MAB integrated capstone courses in strategic management and financial analysis. One of the many strengths of the MAB program is the emphasis on oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Jackie has combined her creative talents with skills learned through the agribusiness program to build a company able to assist businesses with effective marketing strategies.  Growing up in the agricultural world gives Jackie an unparalleled advantage when working with businesses of this type. She has a true passion to bring the entrepreneurial spirit alive in a growing business through intelligent design and has made that her goal with each client she serves.

Kristi Hozdulick
VICE PRESIDENT/CHIEF PROJECT MANAGER

Kristi has a bachelors degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences with her emphasis in Tourism and Event Planning/Marketing. Her main study focus will be what draws people to a certain event and how web marketing can be used to create excitement and improve attendance and involvement.

Kristi has a great deal of knowledge in the area of strategic marketing that she gained while interning with the Dallas Convention and Visitors' Bureau. While working for the bureau she spent time researching media value and how advertising translated to a dollar value return for the organization. Her knowledge also expands to the area of niche markets, and how to best create campaigns and organize websites that will most effectively target such markets. This experience, coupled with her current studies in marketing and planning, has made Kristi a valuable asset to the Encore Visions Team.

Ashlei Mason Cooper
Sales Development and Graphic Design

Ashlei Mason Cooper joined the EV Team in February 2010 as a sales manager and graphic designer. Her background in livestock is extensive as she hails from a highly successful show family that has continued their successes as they now operate some of the most successful show pig and cattle operations in the nation.

Ashlei graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science in 2004. Since then she married Aaron Cooper who is currently finishing his PhD at Texas A&M and welcomed their first son, Cain, in November of 2008.

Encore Visions is proud to have Ashlei as part of the team as she is passionate about helping those in the agricultural industry and all industries alike succeed in their own businesses.

Lacy Short
Senior Graphic Designer

Encore Visions is extremely honored to have Lacy Short as a graphic designer on our team. Lacy's background in agriculture and unique eye for design has made her an invaluable part of the team as she is able to create show-stopping materials that resonate with our agricultural and livestock clients.

Lacy grew up in Northwest Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006 with a degree in Agricultural Journalism. She previously worked at Iowa Farmer Today, a Lee AGRI-Media publication, serving in advertising production as a designer.

Lacy is our only out-of-state team member who resides in Masonville, Iowa with her husband Kelly and sweet baby girl, Rylee Rose who was born August 6, 2009. They own Monti West Black Cattle consisting of a small herd of approximately 20 cows.

Tell Stevens
Web Development Coordinator

Tell Stevens came to Encore Visions in May 2009 as a project coordinator and to serve as part of the web development team. He has proven to be a huge asset to our team as he is constantly coming up with more efficient ways to do things, out-of-the-box ideas and a has creative passion like none other.

Tell is in the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2006 and has a strong background in cattle and sheep. He was raised in Bangs, Texas on a commercial cattle and farming operation. His love for agriculture, desire to serve people and creative mind set make him a wonderful fit at Encore Visions.

Reagan Kelly
Web Update Team

Originally from Bullard, Texas, Reagan Kelly is the third of five children and is currently studying Agricultural Communications at Texas A&M University. Reagan was extremely involved in FFA growing up, raised cattle and hogs and was a member of the Livestock Team at Coffeyville Community College from 2007-2009.

Scheduled to graduate in May 2011, Reagan's plan includes staying active in the livestock industry and continuing her career in marketing with Encore Visions.

As a dedicated employee with a strong work ethic who is knowledgeable in the agricultural industry, we feel fortunate to have Reagan on our team!
